Before you go to Walmart
Walmart's page doesn't say how many prints the $7.64 buys, so ask at the Photo Center. If your store has the new kiosk with a camera, you take the photo yourself: stand square to it, look into the lens and redo it until the kiosk's check passes. The USB copy for online renewal has no price online.
The $0.18 way at Walmart
Walmart prints a 4×6 for $0.18 (photos3.walmart.com, read Oct 7, 2026), the same price for 1-hour pickup or shipping, and Walmart+ members get 25 free 4×6 prints a month. Walmart's passport product is taken in store, so order your sheet as a regular 4×6 print instead: make it free with our passport photo maker and you have 2 photos for $0.18.
Walmart vs other stores
At $7.64, Walmart is less than half of Walgreens ($16.99) or CVS ($17.99). Full table with sources: what passport photos cost at each store.
